So since I want to display a gallery wall, I’ve been thinking about the kind of things I want to hang up to create it. I always see such beautiful arrangements and I’m curious how people decide what kind of mix to use. Whether it be photos or art prints, how can you make a collection of images somehow cohesive?
To make things even more difficult there are so many websites out there with tons of gorgeous images to choose from. I find myself kind of all over the place. I love photos and especially am drawn to serene images of the ocean like the prints above.
But then I also like interesting quotes in stunning calligraphy like this one from Molly Jacques Illustrations (I actually bought this one a few weeks ago and still have not hung it!) And naturally, I love sillier things like this elephant print because I have an unhealthy obsession with them.
So many options, how’s a girl to choose? I guess I will have to pick out some favorites and wing it. If you purchase prints online, what resource do you use? And what kinds of things do you like to display when hanging wall art? I’d love to know…
